Announcement of CEO Transition at Panasonic Projector & Display Corporation

Panasonic Projector & Display Corporation announces that a change in the Representative Director, CEO is scheduled to take effect on December 1, 2025.
The appointment will be formally decided upon resolutions at the extraordinary shareholders' meeting and the board of directors meeting scheduled on the same day.
Until November 30, Yousuke Adachi will serve as Acting CEO.
